Coaches can open a chip to view the approved excerpt only.
Internal notes and raw transcripts stay hidden in coach view.

Shareable vs internal

Psychologists mark incidents and evidence as shareable or internal-only.
Only shareable items appear in coach documents and profiles.

Published profiles

Publishing creates a versioned snapshot of the profile.
Draft edits do not affect the coach view until published.
