Ingest data, review incidents, author profiles, and publish evidence-grounded summaries.

Ingestion

  1. Upload transcripts, audio, or one-pagers (demo only).
  2. Enter subject metadata and confirm consent.
  3. Queue items and monitor processing status.
  4. When marked ready, draft incidents are extracted from transcript excerpts.

Incidents review

  • Draft incidents appear per subject with a linked interview source.
  • Edit extracted incident titles and excerpts.
  • Apply a primary tag for filtering and linking.
  • Mark incidents as shareable or internal-only.
  • Save changes, or split/merge when one excerpt maps to multiple events.

Profile editor

  • Write structured identity, friction, and coachability fields.
  • Link evidence excerpts to claims.
  • Save drafts regularly.

Publish queue

  • Review draft profiles ready for publish.
  • Publishing creates an immutable version for coaches.

Incident handling process

  1. Queue ingestion items and track status (queued -> extracting -> ready for review). View uploads to confirm transcript or one-pager content.
  2. When ready, draft incidents are extracted and linked to the source interview.
  3. Review each incident: edit title/excerpt, confirm tag, split/merge when needed, and set shareable vs internal.
  4. Saving edits marks incidents and evidence as reviewed for coach-facing use.
  5. Link reviewed incidents to profile claims in the editor.
  6. Publish the profile; only shareable excerpts appear in Coach workspace.
